Timing & connection notes
Starts use a shared timestamp 4 seconds ahead. TV speakers and decoders can still differ. Reopening restores the saved broadcast and seeks to the current playback position. A TV browser may require a local click to enable sound again. Each TV plays its own selected background music. Idle music is not frame synchronized.
